DESIGNING THE FUTURE

Updated: Jun 16, 2020

How COVID-19 is affecting our work life and changing our Industry.

At BAS our priority is to insured to check in with everyone on our team and also our off site partners that are working with us on a daily bases. This crisis has created a platform with an opportunity to connect on a very special human level. We are contributing to keeping each other calm by staying on top of our present projects and keeping busy in what we can continue to develop during this transitional times. Obviously we are being careful visiting construction sites, and preventing social gathering until the situation is a bit safer. We have on going projects that had to stop, waiting for contractors and vendors we work with to start operations and also making sure that workers and team members have the adequate preventative sanitizing mesures on hand.

“ We are optimistic that this period will allow for us to take time for each design challenge that may arise, without the relentless pressure to get projects under construction.

We are working remotely, beyond the operational matter we are continuing ahead via Zoom meetings. At this point, we are optimistic that this period will allow for us to take time for each project challenge that may arise, without the relentless pressure to get projects under construction. Our goal is to keep all of our contractual and scheduled commitments, to get our work out on time even if there won’t be zoning permits approved by specific towns because we are depending on their offices to reopen again!

TOUGH TIMES NEVER LAST, TOUGH PEOPLE DO.
