OUR BEST FRIENDS RIGHT AT HOME!

Finding our own growth with who it can be our best companion.

People who surround themselves with plant life and other forms of natural beauty, indoor and out (so lucky if you have a backyard), experience emotional and mental health benefits that have a positive impact on their psychological, physical, social, cognitive, environmental and spiritual well-being. Specially during this changing period.

This amazing friends not only spice up a room in our home but deliver ways that benefit our entire mental stability! Plants are our #superheroes having them decorating our spaces bringing confort and beauty and most importantly helping us to clear out a bit our heads. They remind us to take care of ourselves by showing us quietly how our lives are reflected. They are a mirror into how we are doing internally.

"They generate an incredible calming effect improving our concentration, higher productivity and higher levels of creativity"

Indoor plants are teaching us to slow down providing us with moments of total meditation while tending to them. They generate an incredible calming effect improving our concentration, higher productivity and higher levels of creativity. Looking yourself in the process incorporates a feeling of vitality boosting our mood. They are our “in-house” Therapist helping us to manage stress and anxiety. Sharing their companionship they just want us to get to know them, get to experience their presences and the importance of the little things in life.

The action of watering them, having a conversation with them provide great satisfaction while seeing them grow. Spending time with them makes everything more real. They have the capacity to ground yourself guiding you to let go of the daily grind.

House plants make a house a home. They lead us to connect with others assisting us to chat

about their particularities, their needs and it can break a conversation when there is nothing else to talk about. They bring happiness and joy!
